Reservations
All rides should be reserved in advance whenever possible. A reservation is confirmed only after LuxSUV confirms availability, trip details, and pricing.
Passengers are responsible for providing accurate pickup location, destination, date, time, passenger count, luggage count, and flight information when applicable.
Airport Transfers
For airport pickups and drop-offs, passengers should provide flight number, airline, airport, arrival or departure time, terminal information if available, and a working phone number.
Airport pickup procedures may vary depending on airport rules, traffic, and passenger communication.
Waiting Time
A standard grace period may apply depending on the reservation type. Additional waiting time may be charged after the grace period. Waiting-time policies will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms may vary depending on the trip type, distance, time of day, and whether the reservation is for airport transfer, hourly service, corporate travel, or special event transportation.
Cancellations made too close to the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Passenger Conduct
DCLuxRides reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service when passenger conduct creates a safety concern, involves illegal activity, damages the vehicle, or prevents safe operation.
No-Shows
A passenger may be considered a no-show if they do not appear at the agreed pickup location, do not respond to communication, or do not provide updated trip information within a reasonable time.
No-shows may be charged according to the confirmed reservation terms.
Cleaning and Damage
Passengers may be responsible for cleaning or damage fees if the vehicle requires unusual cleaning or repair after a trip.
Luggage
Passengers are responsible for accurately sharing luggage count when booking. Vehicle suitability depends on passenger count and luggage volume.
Oversized luggage, sports equipment, boxes, or unusual items should be disclosed in advance.
Payments
Payment terms will be confirmed during booking. Some reservations may require a deposit or advance payment. Receipts are available upon request.
